We are happy to accommodate a return of the product(s) that you have purchased, if they are defective or in some way damaged prior to them leaving our distribution facility. Provided that your purchase can be properly verified, and upon your request immediately commence our return and replacement process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Additional information: If the products in your order are not defective or damaged, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. A majority of the products we sell are consumable, this precludes us from accepting them back into inventory.

Covid-19 update: The above is also a reflection of required policies in some jurisdictions as our products cannot be sanitized.

In the unlikely event of shipping damage to your purchase, immediately upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if you find damage, so that we commence an investigation and resolve the issue.
